First class of the four-week boating safety course from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Offered to adults and students 12 and older. Classes meet every Wednesday from July 11 to August 1. Course is free, charge for materials only. Register by calling/e-mailing Bob DeNoto.

All boat operators born after 1/1/1989 are required to complete a DNR-approved boating safety course.

Class is offered by the Door County Sail and Power Squadron and is certified by the National Association of State Boating Law Administrators and the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources.
