| Door County Boating Safety Classes |
 | Boating Safety Classes Offering The Door County Sail and Power Squadron is offering a boating safety course in Sturgeon Bay starting Wednesday, July 11. The course is certified by the National Association of State Boating Law Administrators and the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources.
In 2006, Governor Doyle signed a law requiring ALL persons operating boats who were born after 1/1/1989 to have proof of completion of a DNR-approved Boating Safety Course. This course meets those requirements.
